Eligible locations must be within:
- One of these municipalities:
- Auburn
- Augusta
- Bangor
- Biddeford
- Dover-Foxcroft
- Lewiston
- Norway
- Oxford
- Portland
- Sanford
- South Portland
- Westbrook
- Within 1 mile of the nearest multifamily publicly supported property (verify using Preservation Database)
Note: Efficiency Maine may award multiple sites within eligible communities.
