As of October 7, 2024, applications for Make-Ready Projects and DC Fast Charger incentives are no longer being accepted. Applications for AC Level 2 Charger rebates are due by December 1, 2024.

Additional Program Notes
- Make-ready incentives cannot be combined with charger rebates
- Applications for make-ready projects are accepted on a quarterly basis
- Higher awards may be granted to projects that are expected to increase EV adoption or reduce transportation emissions
- Projects that are in the public interest and prudent as outlined in section 54-4-41(4) and (7) of the Utah Code may also receive higher awards
- All equipment must be on the program’s approved list
